1:1 Therapy & Coaching Support

• Initial Consultation (30 mins) – Free
  A relaxed, zero-pressure conversation to explore your current challenges, best hopes for seeking support and whether I feel like a good fit.

• Single Session (60 mins) – Sessions are £90 with 30 days to pay each invoice (which you’ll receive at the start of the week your session is taking place).

• Concessions & Accessibility
  I believe cost should never be a barrier, so hold a limited number of concessionary spaces at £75 for those who need it - please do let me know if this would be useful and I’ll gladly discuss these with you.

  Sessions are held online via Zoom. In-person options are available on request for those living locally (in the North East).
